Rhinoplasty

Dr. Safa Manav, MD, FEBOPRAS performs rhinoplasty in Istanbul using the piezoelectric technique. Rhinoplasty is planned to keep the nose in harmony with the rest of the face, and it can be combined with facial rejuvenation procedures in the same session when that suits the patient.

Who can have rhinoplasty?

• Patients aged 18 or older.
• Patients in good general health. For rhinoplasty, some flexibility on weight is possible with Dr. Safa’s approval.
• Patients who can share a transparent health history, including medications and previous nasal surgery.

How it works for international patients

• Online assessment: send 5 photos (front, both profiles, chin-up base view and slight top view) and the health questionnaire. Dr. Safa usually replies within 24–48 hours.
• In Istanbul: pre-operative tests and an in-person consultation with Dr. Safa before surgery.
• Aftercare: follow-up continues remotely via WhatsApp after you return home, with video check-ups when needed.
