Facelift or neck lift: which do you need?
A facelift mainly addresses sagging in the mid and lower face, while a neck lift focuses on loose skin, muscle bands and contour changes in the neck. If you have jowls as well as neck laxity, the two are usually done together. Dr. Safa decides after reviewing your photos and examining you.
What a neck lift can include
- Tightening and repositioning of the deep neck structures and muscle bands (platysma)

Recovery
