Breast Surgery

Alongside facial procedures, Dr. Safa also performs a selected number of breast operations when there is a clear indication and a good match between patient goals and Dr. Safa Manav’s surgical approach. For international patients, case selection is careful and transparent; if a patient would benefit more from a surgeon with a different primary focus, this is communicated openly and the patient is guided accordingly.

What to expect

• Anaesthesia: breast surgery is performed under general anaesthesia.
• Compression garment: for lifting procedures, a medical-grade garment is included in your package. It is usually worn continuously for the first 2–3 weeks, then during the day for another 3–4 weeks.
• Hospital: surgery takes place at an academic, JCI-accredited hospital, followed by recovery at a medical hotel with nurse support.
• Aftercare: follow-up continues remotely via WhatsApp after you return home.
